Today D2D Fund, a Boston nonprofit, announced the release of its new Web site at www.d2dfund.org. The new site empowers staff to manage their Web site content directly -- they can quickly and easily add news items, publications and other pieces as soon as they become available, creating a more favorable impression among their target audience.
A robust system of categories for storing publications helps users search and browse more easily, and will give D2D room to grow. They can also add new categories as needed.
Since late January, fair trade banana farmers in Ecuador have been devastated by heavy flooding. Lives, homes, roads and crops have been lost.

Today GCIR announced the launch of its new Web site at www.gcir.org. The site contains a wealth of information and publications on immigrant- and refugee-related issues, including civic participation, literacy, and health care. In future phases of the site, members will have private access to some features and will be able to network with each other and manage their own memberships directly online.
GJD's office has made the switch to using 100% wind power - clean and emissions-free! This as an important step in reducing our carbon footprint, and in furthering our mission of making the world a better place for everyone. We're pleased to add one more item to the list of how we're working to make GJD a truly sustainable business.
